Shanghai marathon contestant suffers sudden cardiac arrest, saved by fellow runners

During the Shanghai marathon on Sunday morning, a young male contestant suddenly suffered a cardiac arrest and fell to the ground. Fellow runners taking part in the marathon jumped to help at the critical moment by giving him artificial respiration & cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
